Refund and Cancellation Policy – Design and Pen

This privacy notice for Design And Pen ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

At Designandpen, we are entitled to provide the best training modules to the people who join us for training/coaching/workshops.

However, in certain circumstances, if you are not satisfied with any of our products/services, you are free to cancel your order at any time.

Any fees paid to our product/service are eligible for cancellation & refund only before the 2 days(48 hrs) of the training/coaching/workshop commencement date.

For example, you have registered for a workshop on 15 March. We can accept the refund requests only before 13 March 23:59 PM.

No refunds will be issued: Any refund/cancellation requests are not entertained after the above timeline passes.

2. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

To cancel the product/service, write an email to support@designandpen.com before 48 hrs of the service date with the reason for cancellation.

3. HOW WE PROCESS REFUND?

Once the payment is completed through the payment gateway when processing the refund:

  • 10% of the administration charges will not be refunded.
  • Payment gateway fees will not be refunded at any cost.
  • Any taxes towards the payment will not be refunded.

The principal amount of the fees will be issued as a refund to the original payment method after deducting the above-mentioned charges/fees.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues preventing your access to the product or service, contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem. If resolution is not possible, a refund may be issued.
